Overview
Top AmLaw 100 firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its premier Health Care Practice Group, supporting the national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team. The position may be based in Tampa (preferred) or in any of the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orlando, Raleigh, or Salt Lake City. Responsibilities
Contribute to regulatory and transactional health care matters within the Health Care Practice Group. Demonstrate sophisticated drafting skills and the ability to manage complex matters; mentor junior associates. Engage directly with senior partners and clients; collaborate effectively in a high-performing, client-focused environment. Contribute to the strategic goals of the Health Care Practice Group. Qualifications
4–6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (up to 8 years considered). Strong background working with health care–focused clients; deep knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks as they apply to health care transactions; experience in health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health. Prior work with telemedicine or digital health companies is preferred. AmLaw 100 experience is preferred but not required. JD from an ABA-accredited law school; active members in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice; timely admission to the bar of the hiring state will be a condition of employment. Strong academic credentials; excellent writing and communication skills. Salary & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is between
$290,000 - $390,000 . Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, etc. Full Benefits
