Overview
We’re hiring multiple UX Designers to support a large-scale digital transformation within an enterprise healthcare eCommerce platform. This role is ideal for designers who excel at solving complex workflow challenges and creating intuitive, scalable user experiences across mobile and web platforms. Leveling will be based on experience, with opportunities for mid-level through lead designers. Key Responsibilities
Design workflows, user flows, and system interactions for data-heavy applications Create wireframes, journey maps, and interaction specifications Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders Present and clearly communicate design decisions Contribute to and evolve design systems Ensure consistency across mobile and responsive web experiences Advocate for user-centered and accessible design practices Required Qualifications
3–8+ years of UX design experience (flexible leveling) Strong portfolio emphasizing workflows, user flows, and UX process (not just visuals) Proficiency in Figma Experience with design systems and scalable UX Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working on complex or enterprise-level applications Understanding of mobile and responsive design Preferred Qualifications
Background in healthcare, pharma, or eCommerce Experience with data-heavy or transactional platforms Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working closely with engineering teams Development background or strong system-thinking mindset
