Overview
Duration - 12 months Contract on W2. We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support omnichannel campaign execution for a leading pharmaceutical organization. If you have experience in pharma marketing, digital campaigns, analytics, and MLR processes, this is a great opportunity to work on high-impact brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
Execute omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across email, display, search, and web
Collaborate with brand, agency, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaign strategies
Support development of digital assets, creative briefs, and promotional materials
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Navigate and support MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review processes
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics & Tableau
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and ROI
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of digital or omnichannel marketing strategy experience
3+ years of campaign marketing experience (pharma or agency supporting pharma clients)
3+ years managing marketing budgets and planning
Experience with digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics)
Experience developing and deploying pharmaceutical promotional materials
Familiarity with MLR review processes, Veeva, or PromoMats
Nice to Have
Experience working in a Customer Engagement Center (CEC) model
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
