Overview

The Division Order Analyst researches and provides instructions for the proper booking of received revenue, title research regarding ownership issues, calculation of proper ownership decimals and creating of documentation reflecting such, creation of new divisions of interest for new drills and additional company ownership discovered through research or request. Continues to learn details of ownership and generic oil and gas, details of company processes and procedures, as well as the accounting software we utilize, and how its specifics affect company revenue. Other projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of Division Order Analyst experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of quorum software a plus Detail-oriented and highly organized with an ability to manage information, time and prioritize tasks to maximum efficiency. Must be able to multi-task and work independently to achieve critical deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Receive and respond in a timely manner to calls, messages and emails regarding address changes, ownership changes and interest related issues. Analyze legal documentation as it pertains to Deed and Distribution Ability to research information and willingness to communicate, cooperate, and coordinate with others. Must be a team player.
