Overview
Eckard Enterprises, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Division Order Analyst. This role will primarily focus on the revenue and JIB functions associated with internal division order administration. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of managing a substantial volume of internal division order pay decks, and able to effectively integrate as a key contributor within the Division Order team. This position requires strong analytical skills, ownership verification expertise, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain internal revenue and JIB pay decks Review and validate ownership decimals provided by operators Analyze title reports and title opinions to determine accurate ownership Create and maintain internal pay decks involving a large number of interest owners Monitor, track, and update revenue suspense accounts Coordinate with Land team members to resolve ownership discrepancies Ensure proper application of internal pay codes and manage transfers of interest Support management with special projects and additional assignments as needed Qualifications
Minimum of three years of Division Order experience Prior Land experience preferred Strong working knowledge of revenue and JIB deck administration Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong analytical capabilities and complex problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail Collaborative team-oriented mindset Location Requirement
Candidates must reside in the greater DFW area or be willing to relocate, as this is an in-house position. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidates.
