The Parts/Data Entry department will enter data from various sources across all branches and input parts lists into the software system specific to the Parts Department. Hours and Wages

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience Duties and Responsibilities

Enter data for all light/medium duty work orders from the previous day Receive daily invoices from vendors and enter into current inventory Enter daily transfers from the corporate location to branch locations Answer phone calls and take messages for the department Perform periodic complete inventory counts of all current parts General filing duties, cleaning, and maintenance of office space Interact with vendors and sales personnel Assist with fuel auditing as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Skills and Abilities

Clerical or administrative experience preferred Automotive background or knowledge of automotive terminology is helpful Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer knowledge including using a 10-key keyboard Education and Experience

At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in the automotive or parts industry preferred Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Benefits
