Associate Photographer — Sacramento. CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We serve clients with data-driven tools and media to support real estate decisions. Associate Photographers are the versatile team responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. They create virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential homes and manage a core territorial coverage in their assigned area.
Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager in local markets. This role involves coordinating with clients, sales, logistics, and the management team and may require driving according to a defined schedule.
Responsibilities
Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments using effective photography techniques.
Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client needs.
Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
Navigate defined areas to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage when not photographing a residential home.
Identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.
Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment safety.
Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional photography experience; real estate photography preferred.
Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
Strong time management and detail orientation; ability to accurately capture and enter data.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.
Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record abstract check prior to start.
Compensation and Benefits The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus eligibility. Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance metrics. The pay is positioned as an annual target of $50,000 with potential monthly bonuses. This is an hourly role.
