About The Role: We Don’t Have Product Managers. We Have Product Architects. We believe traditional product management structures are outdated in an AI-native environment.

Role Role: Instead of separating product, design, specification, and engineering into disconnected layers, we operate with a tightly integrated model built around three roles:

Product Engineers: They build our agents and applications. They don’t just implement tickets — they think in outcomes and ship production-ready software.

AI Systems Engineers: They operate deep in the technical stack. They design and build AI systems, model orchestration layers, agent architectures, and performance infrastructure.

Product Architects: They own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from insight to implementation to adoption.

Product Engineers and AI Systems Engineers work in

small, focused squads of 2–5 people , optimized for speed, ownership, and technical depth. Product Architects operate

across multiple squads , ensuring strategic coherence, product consistency, and outcome alignment. This setup combines strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and execution power — amplified by extensive AI assistance. We are now looking for a

Product Architect

to join this model.

As a Product Architect, you are not a backlog manager. You are the driver of the product system. You translate business needs and customer insight into structured product solutions. You define what we build and why and you collaborate with multiple engineering squads to bring it to life. You leverage AI across every step of the lifecycle to operate at exceptional clarity and speed.

The Product Architect (Across Squads)

Works across multiple squads

Ensures strategic alignment across domains

Maintains coherence in user experience and system logic

Prevents fragmentation between features

Aligns roadmap priorities with company strategy

Ensures product decisions reflect real customer value

You are the connective tissue between squads

You ensure we don’t just build fast — we build the right things, in a coherent system.

How Collaboration Works

Product Architect × Product Engineers: Product Engineers build production-ready applications and agents inside squads.

Collaboration Model

Align early on problem framing.

Involve engineers during concept validation.

Provide AI-assisted draft tickets and structured logic.

Engineers refine, split, optimize, and implement.

Review together against outcome definitions.

Iterate rapidly based on feedback.

This is not a top-down relationship. It is shared ownership of product outcomes.

Product Architect × AI Systems Engineers: AI Systems Engineers operate deep in the AI and infrastructure layer.

Shaping capabilities based on system constraints

Pushing technical boundaries responsibly

What You Will Do

Own the End-to-End Product Lifecycle

Define problem statements and outcomes

Translate strategy into structured initiatives

Drive initiatives from idea → prototype → tickets → release → adoption

Architect Features in Depth

Design workflows and interaction logic

Create structured prototypes or visual representations

Define system behaviors and edge cases

Think in systems, not isolated tickets

AI-Augmented Product Creation

Use AI To

Draft and refine user stories

Generate structured squad-ready tickets

Analyze edge cases

Draft release notes and documentation

Support marketing enablement

You operate faster and with greater clarity because AI is embedded in your workflow.

Ensure Cross-Squad Coherence

Prevent duplication or divergence between squads

Align roadmap priorities

Maintain consistency in UX and system logic

Act as strategic bridge between teams
