About The Know
The Know helps corporate executives make confident decisions in moments of uncertainty. Our AI decision engine monitors stakeholder sentiment and external signals like media, social, competitors, and policymakers so leaders can assess risk, align internally, and act decisively when the right path forward is not obvious.
We are a venture-backed, early-stage company working with Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers across communications, corporate affairs, risk, HR, and the Office of the CEO. We are growing quickly and entering the next phase of the company: refining our commercial strategy, scaling responsibly, and transforming strong customer demand into a repeatable and durable business.
About the role We\'re hiring an Insights Editor & Content Strategist to shape how The Know turns sentiment data into clear, useful, executive-level insight.
At the center of the role is a weekly insights email sent to C-suite leaders at major organizations. You\'ll use The Know platform to analyze stakeholder sentiment, topic-level trends, and emerging narratives and then turn those signals into sharp, concise takeaways that help executives understand risk and make better decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of data, editorial judgment, and AI. You\'ll help identify what matters across complex stakeholder dynamics, communicate it clearly for non-technical audiences, and play a role in improving how AI-generated insights are structured, written, and refined inside the product.
This is a flexible, part-time contract role (5–10 hours per week) with room to grow over time.
