Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) New York City (Hybrid - Midtown, 2-3 days per week)

We're partnered with a high-growth, global SaaS business operating at the forefront of digital privacy and consent technology. Their platform enables organisations to collect, manage and optimise user consent across web and app environments, supporting compliance with global privacy regulations while driving trust and higher opt-in rates.
The business has already achieved proven €100m+ ARR across EMEA and is now scaling its US operation following significant international success.
The Opportunity As a Founding BDR, you will sit at the front of the commercial engine - responsible for generating new business conversations, qualifying opportunities and building high-quality pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
You'll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Product, helping shape messaging, market positioning and outbound strategy as the US function scales.
The business is intentional about progression. This role is designed as a launchpad into Senior BDR, Account Executive or broader GTM roles as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage decision-makers across Marketing, Digital, Data and Compliance teams
Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video)
Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing engagement into sales pipeline
Conduct account research to tailor messaging around privacy, compliance and MarTech priorities
Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Partner cross-functionally to share market insights and improve conversion performance
What We're Looking For 1-2+ years' experience in B2B SaaS, Tech or MarTech sales (BDR/SDR background preferred)
Proven outbound prospecting capability
Confident engaging senior stakeholders
Metrics-driven and resilient - comfortable in a performance-led environment
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or sales engagement platforms
Based in or near New York City and comfortable with hybrid working
