In this role, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, helping to maintain strong relationships while ensuring that all account-related activities are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Coordinate daily account activities and ensure timely execution of client requests Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing professional and responsive support Monitor account performance and assist in maintaining service quality standards Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention Support the implementation of new processes to improve efficiency Qualifications
