guidelines of facility

including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA. Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Provides documentation of

patient’s condition, and provide caregiver/patient education as appropriate. Regularly discuss

. Requirements include: Valid professional

license Graduated

from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Preferred experience with rehab optima and skilled nursing facilities New graduates are welcome
