Turning Point USA is seeking a highly driven, professional, and mission-oriented individual to execute and advance a portion of the nation’s largest and most innovative grassroots issue advocacy field operation. This role plays a critical part in expanding TPUSA’s presence on college campuses by recruiting, organizing, and mobilizing student activists within an assigned territory. The Field Representative works closely with their Regional Manager to implement national and regional strategy at the campus level, grow and sustain student chapters, and ensure consistent execution of field priorities. Core responsibilities include launching and maintaining chapters, organizing daily campus activism initiatives, recruiting and training student leaders, collecting and maintaining accurate recruitment data, conducting outreach to prospective members, and supporting voter registration and engagement efforts. Field Representatives also represent TPUSA at campus events, conferences, and community engagements, promoting the mission and amplifying the work of student activists both in person and across social media platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, self-discipline, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, campus administrators, and community partners. Field Representatives serve as the front line of the organization, overseeing their territory’s student activists, developing and executing activism plans, and embodying TPUSA’s values of grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation while contributing to the overall success of the Field Program. Responsibilities

Launch and maintain student chapters on assigned campuses Organize daily campus activism initiatives Recruit and train student leaders Collect and maintain accurate recruitment data Conduct outreach to prospective members Support voter registration and engagement efforts Represent TPUSA at campus events, conferences, and community engagements Promote the mission and amplify the work of student activists in person and on social media Develop and execute activism plans in the assigned territory MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Eagerness to build a strong personal brand Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot) Proficiency with social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, and Facebook Passion for conservative ideals and principles Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner Innovative nature and desire to try new things Proven leadership development Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed “WOW!” SKILLS

Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations A strong entrepreneurial spirit Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations Experience starting campus organizations Sales, Teaching, or Campaign Experience Employees are required to have a valid driver's license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable.
