Compensation:
Starting at $34–$43 per hour depending on licensure and experience

What You’ll Do
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals Track progress and ensure quality outcomes Maintain strong documentation and communication Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Hawaii or graduate of an approved PTA program or actively working toward licensure Strong communication and collaboration skills Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
