Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Meets and greets slot players to establish direct customer relationships and educate the guests on the benefits of the GT Rewards Program.
Enroll new members and educate them regarding the benefits of the GT Rewards
Acquire new members and assure repeat business
Answer phones and respond to inquiries
Takes reservations
Promote and work events as needed
Contact Hosts when needed
Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the slot club
Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms
Comply with all health and safety standards
Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis
Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures
Other job-related duties as assigned

Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must have basic computer skills
Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service experience
