Role Description
Groove Solventless is expanding its marketing team and seeking a driven, organized individual to represent Groove across Montana markets -- driving brand consistency and execution across our retail network while supporting key activations. This person will play a critical role in ensuring Groove shows up consistently, professionally, and effectively across dispensary partners and community touchpoints. This position blends retail channel management, merchandising execution, budtender engagement, and operational oversight, with occasional support for live music sponsorships and field activations. You’ll travel between markets conducting store audits, building displays, supporting rewards fulfillment, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners -- while helping connect in‑store initiatives with broader brand efforts like Groove Live. This role is both independent and hands‑on, requiring precision, professionalism, and the ability to represent Groove with confidence in a variety of environments. Qualifications
Passion for cannabis culture Proficiency in Google (Drive, Sheets, etc.) Operations / tracking Reliable and punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently Open to traveling between Montana regions and markets Professional, approachable, and confident engaging with the industry Comfortable in fast‑paced event environments Availability for occasional evening or event‑based activations, especially during the summer
