
Automotive BDC Representative

Honda of Bridgewater is seeking an experienced full-time BDC Representative.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
BDC REP RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate and interact with customers via phone, mail, email or in person, in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Schedule and manage appointments via inbound and outbound calls, mail, email and in person.
Maintain an accurate daily count of appointments.
Confirm appointments prior to scheduled date.
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
Respond to customer concerns and/or problems by identifying both the concern and the path to resolution.
Work and cooperate with all Service and Sales personnel to provide a truly exceptional experience for all customers.
Involvement in organizing and/or coordinating new programs, campaigns and events for department.
Cooperate within department to maintain highest rating in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Reflect an enthusiastic and positive impression of our dealership and manage all tasks in busy environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Automotive BDC experience
Eleads CRM experience a plus
Experience in customer relations and the ability to meet customer's needs.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to multi-task.
