Physical Therapy Assistant We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care in Silvis, Illinois. Assist licensed physical therapists in conducting patient evaluations and developing treatment plans Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist, including exercises, stretches, and modalities Provide patient education and training on proper techniques for exercises and daily activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care Participate in patient care conferences and staff meetings to ensure collaboration and best practices Requirements
Associate\'s degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (new graduates welcome to apply!) Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Illinois Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care What We Offer
