Ensure program compliance with state and national accreditation standards
Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff
Monitor student progress and provide academic support as needed
Collaborate with local pharmacies to provide hands‑on training opportunities for students
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in pharmacy technician education
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice
Prior experience in program development and management preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
