The Opportunity As our Demand Negotiator in our Personal Injury Pre-litigation department, you will have the opportunity to negotiate the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Accountable for
Evaluate bodily injury claims through medical records and legal documentation.
Assess potential exposure.
Identify potential issues that will enhance case value.
Analyze the cost-effectiveness of litigation versus settlement.
Proactively pursue settlement strategies.
