Program Director – The Little Gym of Dunwoody
The Little Gym is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our gymnastics, dance, and enrichment programs, ensure exceptional quality, and grow our team.

Responsibilities
Drive the quality of every class by teaching alongside your team and providing hands‑on coaching and feedback
Develop and deliver staff training, curriculum meetings, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards
Oversee all special programs – birthday parties, camps, Parent Survival Nights, and community events – from planning through execution
Support hiring, onboarding, and the ongoing growth of your team
Keep a sharp eye on metrics that matter: intro‑to‑member conversion, retention, member experience, and facility standards
Qualifications
You lead by example and hold yourself to the same standard you hold others
You love developing people just as much as you love working with children
You're organized and proactive – you spot what needs to happen before being asked
You can balance warmth and accountability in equal measure
You bring positive energy into every room you walk into
You're comfortable being both the coach on the floor and the strategist in the room
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory or lead role in a children’s program, recreation, or education setting
Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, or movement‑based activities
Experience with curriculum development or staff training
Strong communication skills that connect naturally with both parents and team members

Compensation: $50,000 per year
