What You'll Do:
Master Your Craft: Perform top-tier grooming services, from breed-standard cuts to creative stylings, always prioritizing the safety, comfort, and well-being of every dog in your care.
Deliver a Resort-Level Experience: Build lasting client relationships through expert consultation, ensuring every service is tailored to the individual needs and preferences of the dog and their family.
Drive Salon Success: Maintain an efficient, organized, and spotless workspace while managing your own book. Our top stylists average 4 Premium Baths and 4 Haircuts per day.
Elevate Your Team: Play a key role in our dedicated and passionate team by assisting in training new hires and sharing your knowledge.
Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with our daycare, lodging, and training departments to ensure a seamless, integrated resort experience for every pet and client, fostering happy, healthy, and well-adjusted pets.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
A minimum of 2 years of professional grooming experience with a proven record of high client satisfaction.
Advanced expertise in breed-specific standards, safe animal handling, and the latest grooming techniques.
A natural talent for communication, consultation, and building rapport with clients and teammates.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced resort environment.
An unwavering commitment to ethical practices and the highest level of care.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Bonus Points For: NDGAA, IPG, CMG, or other relevant certifications.
Physical Requirements: You'll excel in our active resort environment where you can frequently lift 50 lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and work comfortably with dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
