Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – In-Home Lymphedema Care
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Treat patients with chronic lymphedema in their homes. This role is not a traditional home health setting; you’ll provide structured, focused therapy within a proven chronic disease management model. Clinicians receive mentorship, zone-based scheduling, and opportunities to advance through the Clinical Ladder Program. What You’ll Do
Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under PT supervision Follow individualized treatment plans Complete documentation using Pariox (extra paid time for point‑of‑care notes) Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing clinical development Compensation
$50–$60/hour , depending on CLT certification Non‑treatment rate:
$12/hour (driving, documentation, meetings) $10K sign‑on bonus
for CLT‑certified candidates (2‑year commitment) Paid training at 50% treatment rate Driving reimbursement based on drive time Requirements
CLT‑certified or eligible 1+ year home health experience preferred
