Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays
Mueller Veterinary Services is looking to add a friendly and dedicated full‑time Customer Service Representative to our welcoming hospital team. We are a 4‑doctor mixed animal practice located in Columbia, IL, 30 minutes south of St. Louis.
Our team is passionate about their work, and we are incredibly close; we have created a family‑like atmosphere and an enjoyable work environment. Our skilled and tight‑knit team is dedicated to our patients, clients, and community.
The CSR is the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.
Responsibilities and Skills
Managing multiple phone lines
Animal health knowledge
Booking appointments
Greeting clients
Processing payments
Ensuring the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients
We are seeking a hard‑working and enthusiastic CSR to join our team as we grow. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.
