Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in the Scottsdale area.
Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property information.
Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and communication throughout the transaction process.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and property values to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
Valid Arizona Real Estate License
Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
Strong knowledge of the Scottsdale and greater Arizona real estate market
Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional ethics
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Familiarity with local zoning laws, property disclosures, and real estate contracts
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
