Position : Star Club Representative - Full-Time/Second Shift

Hourly: $17.25 –

Non-negotiable

Location : Gaming Division

Reports to:

Star Club Lead Supervisor

Responsibilities

Address inquiries and resolve issues related to the rewards program, including club tier status, promotional offers, point redemptions, and bus group enrollment.

Accurately process guest transactions at the rewards club or on the gaming floor in a professional manner.

Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records of member information in the system.

Build strong relationships with casino guests through personalized service and attentive support.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to the rewards program.

Provide excellent service to loyalty program members, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Actively recruit new members for the rewards program by communicating the benefits and advantages.

Assistin planning and executing promotional events to encourage guest participation and engagement.

Adhere to all established rules, regulations, procedures, and policies of North Star Mohican Casino Resort and the Marketing Department.

Comply withthe Casino’s Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy during employment.

Maintain compliance with all workplace policies, procedures, ordinances, laws, and other communicated expectations, including the Employment Manual, Gaming Ordinance, State Gaming Compact, Tribal Internal Controls, and departmental procedures.

Qualifications & Education

High School Diploma or GEDrequired.

One (1) year of relevant experience in guest service, gaming, or hospitality preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and personal computers, with excellent communication and customer relations skills. Experience with casino management systems is a plus.

Ability to obtain andmaintaina Mohican Nation Gaming License, including passing a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB) and pre-employment screenings.

Flexibility toworkweekends, nights, and holidays.

Work Conditions

Frequent walking, sitting, and use of hands; occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, andlifting upto 25 pounds.

Required vision includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Frequent hand movements are necessary.

Work is performed in an office or casino setting with moderate to high noise levels. The environment is non-smoking anddust,and noise levels depend upon area/location.
