Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured taste tests of a variety of food and beverage items, like sweeteners, baked goods, carbonated drinks, condiments, and dairy products.
Use your senses of taste, smell, and touch to evaluate products and describe their qualities.
Collaborate with a team of trained panelists and follow established testing protocols.
Receive comprehensive training in sensory evaluation methods; no prior experience needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
No food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that limit your ability to try a variety of food and drink.
Strong sensory awareness, especially in taste and smell.
A reliable team player who can follow detailed instructions and communicate clearly.
Comfortable using digital tools, such as an iPad, during sessions.
Enthusiasm for food and interest in how it's made and improved.
