Overview
The Showroom Host is responsible for directing all guests to their appropriate assigned seats and providing friendly, courteous service. This role requires standing for long periods and assisting with seating during show nights. Responsibilities
Direct guests to proper seating in the showroom and provide friendly, courteous service. Set up and maintain the assigned station and box office area; stock as needed. Answer guest questions and provide detailed, accurate information about the property and facilities. Perform ticket sales for entertainment; assist guests with modifications and cancellations. Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; inform management of unresolved issues. Balance cash and ticket transactions. Assist with seating guests during show nights and perform related duties as required. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Licenses/Certificates: Must possess and maintain applicable regional gaming card(s) and/or license(s), if any. Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English; read and write simple lists and business correspondence. Skills: Basic mathematical skills; strong attention to detail; ability to remember details and names; ability to work at various tempos and withstand distractions. Physical: Standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending/stooping, and other physical demands as required. What’s In It For You
