Supporting mission presidents and their spouses by alleviating administrative burdens.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to administer missionary and mission president plans, including SSMP, CAMA, Young Missionary, and Mission President programs.
Manage all aspects of enrollment, insurance, and HIPAA updates for assigned plans.
Respond to incoming phone calls and resolve membership‑related inquiries for each plan.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Strong attention to detail, quantitative skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
Demonstrated reliability in follow‑through and accountability.
Self‑motivated with a commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of healthcare operations, including transactional processing, enrollment, medical management, customer service, COB policy, and plan design.
General understanding of Medicare.
Experience handling customer service phone calls.
In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, all applicants, including U.S. citizens, must present documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the United States prior to employment.
