This position specifically supports the mission by providing advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring clerical skills, judgment and knowledge of University policies and procedures. An associate's degree and three years of relevant experience are required. A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience are preferred. Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another. A valid US Driver License with a clear driving record of at least two years is required. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. What You Will Do
Facilitate the recruitment process by generating candidate applications for open positions within the division Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective employees Review and audit all recruitment-related documentation to ensure adherence to University and departmental hiring policies and procedures Ensure set up and take down of Fudge Auditorium, Campus Visits office daily tasks, office supply inventory, and event storage space, including inventory Provide support to Counseling Leadership for recruitment special projects and recruitment materials Provide backup coverage for receptionist duties such as answering incoming phone calls and routing the caller to the appropriate person in or outside the department Coordinate and manage Undergraduate Admissions catering requests Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance What You Can Expect
