Be responsible for the support of Nucor Rebar Fabrication sales team. Basic Job Functions:

Must adhere to Nucor's safety programs and standards. Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor's vision and values. Must adhere to Nucor Rebar Fabrication's safety programs and standards. Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor Rebar Fabrication's vision and values. Process billing invoices on designated jobs and ensure that amounts and quantities on invoices are accurate and verifiable. Prepare AIA and similar documents, while meeting customer deadlines. Maintain accurate and organized job files. Execute bid creations so that Nucor Rebar Fabrication budget mirrors what is in Nucor Rebar Fabrication's scope of work. Work closely with all appropriate departments and locations to verify job setup, change orders, invoice presentation and subsequent payment documents. Assist customers with inquiries regarding invoicing and invoice format. Communicate billing issues to locations and monitor until an appropriate resolution is reached. Generate and maintain required reports and statistics to support billing invoice information. Process and verify job completion paperwork. Ensure confidentiality of billing information. Perform other duties as required by Supervisor. Minimum Requirements:

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. Minimum 2 years in customer service Previous sales experience Associate degree Preferences:

Bachelor's degree Knowledge of the construction industry and contract law preferred Physical Demands:

Typical office activities Walking, sitting, standing, bending Using hands to operate objects, tools, computers and other electronic equipment Lifting/handling computers and related equipment (typically not more than 25 pounds). Vision abilities including close vision and adjusting focus Moderate noise level Special Demands:
