Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates. Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources. Follow up with leads not ready to make an appointment or no-shows. Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management. Utilize CRM tracking system and other programs daily. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service roles. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to improve. Prompt, courteous, and professional demeanor. Positive, hardworking personality. Strong computer skills. Valid driver’s license.
