We pride ourselves on a supportive, collaborative environment where our therapy team works together to help patients regain independence and quality of life.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and patient‑centered Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic interventions, improve mobility, and support resident recovery and wellness.Responsibilities* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist* Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities* Document resident progress in accordance with company policies and state/federal guidelines* Educate residents and families on home exercises and safety* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals* Maintain a safe and encouraging therapy environmentQualifications* Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of California* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team* Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits* Starting rate: $52 per hour* Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance* Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays* Retirement plan options* Continuing education opportunities* Supportive leadership and positive team culturePACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country.
