The key responsibilities of the

Specifications

Representative

include, but are not limited to:

Provide technical support for all products and serve as liaison between customers, distributors, and all internal departments regarding product applications and capabilities

Correspond with customers verbally and in writing

Provide technical field sales support

Action assigned service requests and system stamping issues

Provide basic technical training to marketing/sales personnel

Process assigned quotes and orders

Assist supervisor with various product support functions

Field questions through the Amphenol chat platform

Pricing specification support

Salary - $50,000 - $65,000

Location -

Sidney, NY

30 Minute Drive from Binghamton, NY

20 Minute Drive from Oneonta, NY

The Person - The key skills and qualities of a

Specifications Representative

at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

Bachelor’s degree plus 2 to 3 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment

Some travel may be required (10%)

Prolonged period of computer‑based work and sitting
