Overview
On-Site Representative - Construction Location: US-MA-Boston What You'll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact at project sites, assisting with on-site field administration, support, inspection, and technical management of construction operations Review and update plans and specifications, maintaining continuous communication with owners, contractors, and architects Support senior staff in observing the quality and progress of construction to ensure compliance with contract documents and schedules Create and maintain project schedules, organize job sites and field offices, and document projects via detailed reports and progress photos Maintain documentation of all communications, contracts, RFIs, change orders, record plans, and submittals Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers and communicate with abutters and concerned citizens to foster community engagement What You Bring
High School Diploma required; Associate\'s Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of construction site management experience required OSHA 10-hour certification required General knowledge of G.L 149/149A Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem-solving and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed General knowledge of construction procurement, industry laws, regulations, and practices Detailed reporting experience preferred Why You\'ll Love It Here

$100,000 - $110,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. Culture/EEO Statement
