We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. The HNW Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing risk management solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of personal lines insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations through comprehensive insurance coverage. Duties and Responsibilities: While we have processes in place to help generate new business opportunities,buildinga strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing effortsis also required. Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specificneedsincludingbut not limited to homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for theirpersonal and family insurance needs Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals and quotations to potential clients, clearly explaining policy terms, conditions, and pricing. Review current policy renewals to look for potential cross-sell opportunities and potential gaps in coverage. Communicate with clients regarding increased renewal premiums while looking for potential savings during coverage reviews and remarket to different carriers as necessary. Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations that may affect their insurance needs. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes inpersonal linesinsurance products. Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities. Valid Property and Casualty License 5 years of experience in personal lines sales Abilitytoworkwellunderpressureinateamenvironmentandeffectivelyprioritizingrisksto manageconcurrentworkflow. Possessexcellentinterpersonalskills,includinglistening,verbalandwrittencommunicationskills withtheabilitytocommunicateeffectively. Must have a strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage. Knowledge and experience with Mercury Insurance is a must. Preferred qualifications include: Mustpossessadevelopingknowledgeof personal insurancemarketstoplacenewbusinessand understandthesupplementalinsurancemarketplace.
