Full-time position
Required 1 weekend shift
Days and evening shifts available
Responsibilities
Customize massage services for each guest
Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements
Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals
Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management
Qualifications
Current state license to perform massage therapy
Experience as a massage therapist 3 years or longer
Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
Pass background checks
Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services
Capable of training and mentoring individuals
Excellent at guest communication
Proven leadership skills
