Key Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:
- Identify and target new customers, increasing market share and sales.
- Serve as the primary contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and monitor progress.
Qualifications of the Sales Specialist:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven sales success and strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software; ability to travel as needed.
