This role ensures accurate order processing, tracks shipments, and provides excellent service to customers and the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and monitor sales orders accuratelyTrack shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlogsRespond to customer inquiries and resolve order issuesPrepare quotations and supporting documentationGenerate internal reports and presentationsMaintain compliance with safety policiesPerform other duties as neededQualifications2+ years in sales support, order processing, or customer service preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
