Senior Estimator
Reporting to senior leadership, the Pre-Construction Manager will guide multiple commercial projects from concept through bid submission. You will: Lead pre-construction efforts across several projects simultaneously Review bid documents, perform detailed quantity take-offs, and prepare estimating inputs Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Coordinate bid documents and manage distribution Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits to determine existing conditions Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to assess schedules and construction considerations Develop bid tabulations, qualification attachments, and arrange bid bonds when required MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
