Estimator - Concrete Division
Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete construction projects, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and materials needed. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to collect necessary project information. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project costs while ensuring quality standards are met. Assist in preparing bid proposals and participate in client presentations as required. Track and report on project costs and budgets throughout project lifecycles. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material pricing to inform project estimates.
