Job Description Qualifications Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Testing; this should include planning, execution and reporting Excellent communication and client interfacing skills should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders At least 4 years of experience in test strategy, test design and reporting Experience in test execution analysis & reporting. At least 3 years of experience in automation tool like Selenium, UFT Experience with Insurance domain would be an added advantage. Should be able to analyse test reports/results and provide high level recommendations Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Possess excellent oral and written communication skills- experience in client interfacing roles is a must Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Experience in managing work within a complex regulatory environment is desired.
