Position Summary
The Counter Sales Associate is a key frontline role supporting our customer-first approach. You'll manage walk-in customer interactions, process orders and repairs, and support warehouse operations-all while creating a positive and professional experience that reflects Kurz's reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts within warehouse and/or shop locations
- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders
- Enter and process orders accurately
- Receive assets for shop repairs
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct or relay messages
- Assist walk-in customers with counter sales transactions
- Prepare service reports for customers as needed
- Maintain warehouse/shop cleanliness and safety standards
- Support additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Forklift experience is a plus (training provided; must be willing to operate daily as needed)
