HubSpot CRM & Systems Manager

Miami | Full-Time | In Office Preferred


Lendyx is a direct lender focused on residential investment real estate. We move with urgency, hold a high standard, and care deeply about execution. We are hiring a HubSpot CRM & Systems Manager to take ownership of the engine behind our origination, marketing, and operations workflow.


We are not looking for someone to just “keep HubSpot organized.” We are looking for a builder. Someone who understands how to turn a CRM into real infrastructure for a fast-moving lending business.


This person will own the HubSpot ecosystem across the company — custom objects, pipelines, workflows, integrations, reporting, automation, data quality, and overall system design. You will work directly with leadership and key departments to build a CRM that helps us move faster, stay cleaner, scale smarter, and create a better experience internally and externally.


What you’ll own

  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM environment end to end
  • Build and maintain custom objects, properties, associations, views, and pipeline architecture
  • Create and improve workflows, automations, task routing, notifications, sequences, and lifecycle logic
  • Oversee integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our tech stack
  • Improve data structure, reporting accuracy, dashboard visibility, and process consistency
  • Partner with sales, marketing, underwriting, processing, and leadership to translate business needs into CRM solutions
  • Help design scalable systems for lead intake, loan tracking, borrower communication, partner management, and reporting
  • Identify inefficiencies, breakpoints, and manual work that should be automated or redesigned
  • Maintain CRM cleanliness, data integrity, permissions, and best practices
  • Train team members on proper CRM usage and help drive adoption across the organization


What we’re looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience managing HubSpot at a high level
  • Experience building custom objects, advanced workflows, reporting infrastructure, and integrations
  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data hygiene, and automation logic
  • Someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Bonus if you have experience in lending, real estate, finance, or other process-heavy industries
