💰 $100K - $130K base + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re partnering with a $100B+ global investment firm seeking a highly motivated Event Marketing Associate to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing environment with strong long-term growth potential.

The Role:

This position will play a key role in executing high-impact client and marketing events from start to finish. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless, best-in-class experiences that align with the firm’s brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end event execution (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
• Source venues and coordinate with vendors and external partners
• Oversee event logistics including registration, communications, and materials
• Partner with marketing and internal teams to ensure brand consistency
• Handle onsite execution and troubleshooting to ensure smooth delivery
• Track event performance and provide post-event reporting

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of event planning or event marketing experience
• Background in financial services, consulting, or professional services preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience with event platforms such as Cvent, ON24, or Pardot is a plus
