Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to elevate our visual storytelling and digital experience across website, email, and paid channels. This role will collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Content teams to bring high-performing creative to life.


*This position can be based out of our LA or San Jose, CA offices*


Responsibilities and Duties:


Design & Digital Creative Execution

  • Concept and produce digital assets across the customer journey: website, landing pages, email, paid social, display, and loyalty
  • Create product storytelling, layout systems, and campaign concepts that align to business goals and brand standards
  • Design mobile-first, conversion-minded layouts with clarity, hierarchy, and strong typography

Data-Informed Creativity

  • Apply data-driven learnings provided by cross-functional teams to enhance layout, messaging, placement, and UX.
  • Support A/B testing across site modules, CTAs, email designs, and paid creative

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Product, Email, Paid Media, Influencer, and other teams to develop campaign assets
  • Ensure consistency and continuity across channels and touchpoints
  • Work with Tech/Product on UX/UI improvements and digital experience enhancements

Brand Elevation & Innovation

  • Push creative standards forward while maintaining a cohesive brand identity
  • Explore and integrate emerging tools, design trends, and digital storytelling formats
  • Maintain pixel-perfect organization, versioning, and brand-level quality control across deliverables

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital or visual design—preferably in e-commerce, DTC, fashion, or consumer brands
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing best-in-class digital work, campaign storytelling, and e-commerce focused design
  • Mastery of typography, layout, color theory, hierarchy, and responsive design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, conversion-focused design, and mobile-first best practices
  • Ability to balance creativity with business outcomes and interpret performance data
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working on multiple fast-paced projects
  • Basic photo retouching knowledge a plus
