Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (Digital, Video, Print)

Reports to: Art Director

Location: Hybrid in Hudson Yards - NYC

Salary: $90-100K

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help bring seasonal stories and

marketing campaigns to life across digital channels (email, website, paid social and

organic social), with occasional print work (catalogs, lookbooks, retail/tradeshow

materials, etc.). This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly from

concept to design and production, and who is confident in video/motion and static

design. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development

to deliver cohesive work across channels that supports engagement and revenue.

 

Kerrits is an outdoor and equestrian activewear brand that is part of a larger, diverse

family of brands at Decamarx. You’ll primarily create work for Kerrits, with opportunities

to support projects across the broader Decamarx portfolio as needed. You’ll be joining a

small, highly engaged team that moves fast, collaborates closely, and takes pride in

crafting great creative.

 

 

Responsibilities:

●     Campaign creative across channels: Design integrated creative for both

●     seasonal and evergreen campaigns across email, social, paid, and website,

●     ensuring strong storytelling and clear performance intent

●     (awareness/conversion/retention).

●     Video creation and editing: Concept, plan, assist with direction for, and edit

●     short-form video assets for paid social, organic social, and website, working with

●     in-house and freelance videographers. Appear in videos as needed.

●     Digital asset production: Build high-quality graphics and imagery for site

●     updates, landing pages, digital ads, and social content.

●     Email design leadership: Own email creative from concept through production

●     (layout, imagery, QA, scheduling), collaborating with Marketing on deadlines,

●     feedback, and results.

●     Print design support: Design catalogs, lookbooks, tradeshow materials, and in-

●     store signage; prep files for print, review proofs, and support press checks when

●     required.

●     Seasonal storytelling and planning: Partner with Marketing and Product

●     Development to identify seasonal narratives, support brief development, and

●     translate campaign direction into clear creative deliverables.

●     Brand consistency: Uphold and evolve brand standards across touchpoints;

●     help build new guidelines as product lines/categories expand.

●     Photo and video shoot support: Help develop shot lists and mood boards;

●     provide support on set for select photo and video shoots.

●     Collaboration and project management: Track details, manage feedback

●     loops, and keep work moving across multiple concurrent projects.

●     Performance-informed iteration: Use campaign performance data and

●     customer insights to refine creative execution and improve results over time.

●     Travel as necessary to photo shoots, events, etc.

●     Other duties and projects as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a versatile and hands-on designer who combines strong creative instincts with practical production skills. You’re comfortable working across channels and formats—from video and motion assets to digital design systems and print materials. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where collaboration and adaptability are key.

 

You bring both strong aesthetic judgment and disciplined execution, balancing creativity with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver polished work under deadlines.

 

Requirements:

●     5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within eCommerce, apparel, consumer brands, or performance-driven marketing environments

●     Strong capability in video editing and motion design (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)

●     Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

●     Experience designing cohesive creative systems across email, social, web, and paid channels

●     Strong eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout, and photo-driven design

●     Solid production skills including file setup, versioning, exports, and proofing for both digital and print

●     Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities

●     Clear communicator able to present ideas, collaborate cross-functionally, and incorporate feedback effectively
