About the Role
A global financial services company is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its Miami-based marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys creating polished, impactful visuals for an international brand. You will work across digital and print mediums, helping elevate brand presence and support marketing initiatives across multiple regions and languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and develop concepts aligned with brand identity and audience needs
- Produce high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Adapt and localize existing designs for multiple languages and international markets
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support cross-functional teams with visual assets
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within marketing, corporate communications, or an agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience preparing files for print production, including formats, bleeds, and color profiles
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and web design best practices
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or light coding (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver)
