What You’ll Do
Be the face of the community—welcome prospects and deliver exceptional tours that convert to leases
Build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
Follow up on leads with urgency and intention
Close leases confidently and contribute to occupancy goals
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure all communications are timely and professional
Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to everything you do
What We’re Looking For
High-energy, outgoing, and confident communicator
Natural salesperson with the ability to connect and close
Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Strong multitasker with attention to detailOrganized with excellent follow-up skills
Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Experience with Entrata or similar systems is a plus
