
Field Service Representative

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing supply support, including parts ordering, validation, and issue resolution
Analyze logistics requirements, delivery schedules, and inventory data to ensure aircraft mission readiness
Coordinate with asset managers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shortages, discrepancies, and supply chain issues
Maintain accurate records and reporting within logistics systems, and track inbound/outbound shipments
Support warehouse and shipping/receiving operations, including documentation and material handling
Build strong customer relationships while communicating effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
Manage multiple priorities, take ownership of issues, and drive them through to resolution with minimal oversight
Operate in a 100% onsite, flexible work environment supporting flightline activities, with potential for extended hours, travel, and deployment
